A Word from Some of our Valued Volunteers
I have been a supporter of the Hearts for Africa thrift shop since its inception so was pleased to become a volunteer after I retired. I have enjoyed getting to know the other volunteers and our customers. Knowing that the proceeds from the shop helps to improve the lives of the Prince of Peace students is a great encouragement.
I enjoy managing the Hearts for Africa shop and supporting the volunteers because I know God has blessed and given educational opportunities to so many young people in Tanzania. Many of our customers love supporting the Prince of Peace school and regularly bring us goods to sell.
I offered my professional website design services after hearing about the vision & mission of Hearts for Africa and it's history of empowering the local people of Makang'wa, Tanzania, giving them hope for the future.
